Kimberly Kuchar
Kimberly Kuchar often writes haiku and senryu while her pet cockatiel is sitting on her shoulder. She lives near Austin with her husband (and their son when he's not at college). Her work has appeared in Frogpond, Akitsu Quarterly, Cold Moon Journal, tsuri-dōrō, Wales Haiku Journal, Prune Juice Journal, Poetry Pea Journal, and other publications and has been nominated for the Touchstone Award and the Pushcart Prize. Kimberly also pens sequences, linked-verse poetry, haibun, and a bit of prose. Photography is another hobby. Kimberly recommends the Assistance League of Austin.
