M. F. McAuliffe’s poetry and fiction have appeared in Unlikely Stories Mark V, Prairie Schooner, FEMSPEC, Overland, The Stars Like Sand, and in numerous other print and online venues. Her work has been translated into Croatian & Greek. Her long poem “Orpheus” was staged by La Mama Melbourne as “Orpheus, an Australian Tragedy” at the Courthouse Theatre in Carlton, Victoria. A long-time resident of Portland, Oregon, she is co-founder/co-editor of the completely multilingual journal Gobshite Quarterly; she also edits stand-alone titles for Gobshite’s offshoot press, Reprobate/GobQ Books.
